HEALTHY YOUTH RELATIONSHIPS PROGRAM: CHATHAM-KENT WOMEN’S CENTRE
We’re working to change the odds. Each year, an average of 300 teens (aged 14-18) receive information and peer support to distinguish the difference between healthy and unhealthy relationships while developing communication and coping strategies. They also learn how to access support if needed before they become a statistic.
CARING DADS PROGRAM: CHANGING WAYS
We’re working to change the odds. Each year, an average of 24 dads voluntarily receive support to help change the patterns of abuse and maximize the safety and well-being of their children and partners while learning how to become a respectful co-parent.
